Welcome to ecogamer, a site about games that depict environmental issues. When I was planning this site, it was going to be about environmental issues in all of science fiction. I was able to find a huge amount of games that depict these issues, so I decided to focus solely on games. Environmental issues depicted in games may seem like a silly topic, and that leads to purpose of this site: to show that games as a medium can have a profound effect on it's participants' views on environmental issues.
